The cyber cafe owner might have been picked up for interrogation. And as per the law, each cyber cafe must maintain a record of the person who comes to access net. Also, it is the responsibility of cyber cafe attendant to check the photo identity of the concerned person. So, police must have picked the owner and his son to get those details. If they haven't collected the data then they are liable for their act. Guilty must get punished. Generally people ignore their duties for the sake of earning some quick bucks......
