Omar abdullah married a hindu and then his father farooq did not complain. BUT when his daughter married pilots son, he immediately disowned her. This is the short sightedness of muslims. They may look educated and hold seat of prominence but before fanatic islam nad their ways they bow down their heads and look like fools and traitors to the nation. A muslim is the biggest enemy of muslim as seen in paksitan and the rest of the other muslim nations hence how can we expect them to be good to other religions?

I agree 100%. People do not need religion when they are spiritually and morally enlightened. As seen in most western countries, more developed you are, you tend to move away from God/religion. I don't think God would mind if you are good but don't worship him/her/it :). Except, those following Islam. For some strange reason they cling on to religion no matter how much educated they are. I have seen top brass muslim scientists insisting on halal meet in US. Highly educated and brilliant student like Muhammed Atta did not mind 9/11. Look at our own Syed Shahabuddin - MSc physics and IAS officer but a hardcore fundamentalist muslim who supported constitution amendment for triple talaq. It is amazing how they can brainwash their followers.

Do not think muslims are angles. There are black sheeps in every community. We tend to show blind eye on ours and pin point others.
Justice to be done to every human being.
Modern science is eleminating models of god but not GOD.
People with little knowledge wander blindly, and in-depth study of science makes you a believer.
Spirituality demands authenticity. Belief should be based on Truth.
