Demographic warfare in Tibet and Maharashtra....
by Ashish Kanekar on Mar 21, 2008 11:03 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Pouring in Han Chinese into Tibet(at higher strata of society) to disturb the demography there or pouring in Biharis and UPites into Maharashtra (at lower strata of society) to change the demography in Maharashtra are two sides of the same coin.

This is a matter of survival for Maharashtra and the local population has realized it. Maharashtrians are not as mild as Tibetans and this insidious effort to rule us will not succeed.

I ask rest of India to be careful about these tactics. You sow the wind and you will reap the whirlwind. You have no idea of the fury being generated in Maharashtra.

I am not rest of India. But I will make sure that the noble idealogy of Jyotiba Phule, Vinoba Bhave, Sahuji Maharaj and Ambedkar is spread to Maharashtrians and Indians who are not yet awakened. The game of vested intrests who want to keep the majority population of India as slave will be exposed once people get education. Maharashtra and rest of India is on it's way to glory.

Practicing basic hygiene in Mumbai and spending a part of the money they earn by whatever means by the migrants on toilet facilities will be a starting step. Let the migrants do that first and then we can worry about "noble ideologies" and "glory".

There is no dignity in living like an animal on footpaths of a city and using open spaces as a toilet.

Think small and then big. Think of taking care of the family( have small families i.e not too many children), then neighborhood, then city and then state and country will take care of itself. Dreams of glory need small steps in community - this is how Maharashtrians think though am not sure about the rest of India.

Jai Maharashtra.

The muslims brought the toilet aka a hole in the ground to India. The British brought the toilet aka a hole on a chair to India. Indians were not as clean as you dream. Indians didn't even know how to sew cloaths, the muslimes thought them. Indians didn't have script, the Maurayans brought them from the persians.

I don't care about who brought what where. All I know is that cleanliness is not a bad thing. Living on footpaths in Mumbai in Maharashtra rather than in your own house in your own state tells me that the home state is worse than the footpath.

Defecating in the open is an act of utter desperation and shamelessness. No amount of fancy talk can change this fact.
