I read all teh comments were against police and their morality. Well said, but we need to understand that Scarlette or her mother were not a saint and equally responsible for teh horrific incident. How amother can let her minor daughter to stay alone in town and party so late in the night ( rather so early in teh morning?) Is it okay by british laws even to let minor wander late nght alone for drinks)
So The media and alert comment makers need to raise the question than just blaming Goa ploice alone. I am not taking side with goan police. They are culprit but not only

dumb , don't drag religion. I knwo if the same incident would have happened in briton, Her mother would have been behidn bars for abetting child for drugs. and allowing minor with unknown company. Better read law of both lands

What I amsaying is not the minor is okay for teh rape but the unattended minor is definiet responsibility of here mother. and that too when she is having drug history
