I read all teh comments were against police and their morality. Well said, but we need to understand that Scarlette or her mother were not a saint and equally responsible for teh horrific incident. How amother can let her minor daughter to stay alone in town and party so late in the night ( rather so early in teh morning?) Is it okay by british laws even to let minor wander late nght alone for drinks)
