It's against Saudi law... of being in the company of 3rd parties. That gal wantedly went away with them...those men abused her. Here crime lies with those rapists as well against this gal. Both would be punished according to the law. Can u answer one simple question?? What is the crime rate in India and in Islamic countries which are following shariah??World knows the truth......

in india u can get statistics of crime rates. But in islamic cuuntries you wont. Because they will not admit publicly. Saudi has more numbers of homosexuals, rapists,incestuous relationships and abusers than any other country in the world. Considering india's size and population it is far better than many arab states.

If u have any friends in Saudi...speak to them and get the info. Cases are registered in a centralised computer system and punishments are given in Public on each friday.For arguement sake u can say India is having less crime...according to the statistics Saudi is in the last place for crimes.

Ibnameer: According to Saudi law the victim would have been caned in public and jailed for a much longer period than the crimnals. It happened in a case recently. Are you trying to justify that? A nother question, you keep of talking islamic law all the time why dont we selectively apply it to Muslims where we chop off your hands for theft and stone you to death for adultry? Any muslim takers for it?? As far as which country has more cime we do not have any figures for crime in Saudi as it is not a democracy.

My friend, i have resided in a Islamic country for a decade but believe me, India has amuch lower crime rate. There's no freedom of press in Islamic countries and there's no way you'll know what is happening there. So thank god that you are in India which has a far lesser crime rate and a much better justice system

Yes Islam has reduced rape because if the woman is with a stranger then she is the one who has loose morals and must be punished, not the rapist.
If a man rapes his daughter-in-law, then she should separate with her husband, but the rapist should not be punished.

There have been so many instances where rapists were have been set free or the woman has been punished because she was in the company of strangers. Half the rape cases in all Muslim countries are handled this way.
In our own country a religious court forced a man to separate with his wife because she had been raped by her father-in-law, and because she had sexual relations with him she was equal to her husband's mother.

The Imrana rape case in Muzzafarnagar, where the Muslim elders did not allow the case to go to IPC.
But Saudi law is based purely on Shariah. Do you want that law in India so that men and women are segregated and women get lashed because they get raped?
What happens if a woman gets raped by a taxi driver? Will she be punished for sitting in the car of an unknown man?
