CALL ISLAM TO AVOID SUCH INCIDENTS.I PROPOSE ISLAMIC RULE IN INDIA TO MAKE SUCH THINGS NOT TO HAPPEN,BECAUSE PEOPLE KNOW THAT IN ISLAM PUNISHMENT FOR RAPE MEANS EITHER SLAIN THEIR HEAD OR THROWING STONES TILL DEATH.
