Similar was the occasion when some one approved permission to East India Co.’s entry into our nation centuries ago which turned out to be so dear and costly to our nation the memories of which are still lingering in our minds afresh! Should we not be firm to say "NO" this time? Have we not heard that recent world opinion declared U.S. President Bush and Pakistani President Musharaff as most untrustworthy leaders of the world? Further, knowing about the notoriety of Bush in the world matters, can we afford to trust him? When he is leaving his presidentship shortly due to expiry of his term, how can he help if any danger arises to India due to this treaty? Above all, P.M. proved himself that he is not a practical man with due imagination! Late Dr.Eintein said, "Knowledge is important, but imagination is more important"! An effective leader's brain should not be restricted only to theory based upon available data, but one that could predict and farecast on the basis of an over all considerations of many aspects like thorough analysis of precedent, nature, character and conduct to evaluate his trustworthiness on the basis of Bush's past actions in the world matters etc.,! The entire nation cannot trust such our leader who stands on prestige issue in a democracy where he alone pressurises against the majority of the entire nation! Let the nation show his way!

Sir, I think you need to be more matured enough to comment. Its an agreement between two nations and not two persons.
Above all, please read some books or articles on energy requirements of the nation which is growing at 8% annually.
How can any goverment sustain the energy requirements without finding new sources. And for god's sake don't talk about solar or wind or bio fuels. I am not against them. But, how much % of energy requirements are covered by them?
Its not USA alone, once you enter into an agreement with USA, Russia and France are already negotiating. If you backout how can any other country will come forward to waste their time?

Mr. Karthik, Only your ignorance of technology, imagination and incapacity to think of expansion due to inadequte knowledge onmethods and procedures of course not due to you, but due to your inadequate education that is deprived of adequate thoughts based upon imagination you see others as stupid! I am an engineer worked in fields and I personally know how our engineers have stopped tapping the hydro elecrtric energy available in 90% of wastage of water into sea! Don't be reading books but visit sites to survey the sites applying brain to know how shabby are our engineers to avoid the wasting plenty of hydro elecr=tric power which will not only be self sufficient but also safe economical and easy to handle! Instead, just as goats jumping one after the other when first jumps into ditch is it a fashion to talk of nuke energy without knowing the potential dangers especially when terrorism, regional imbalance like Pakistan and China tec., besides earth quake danger to reactors. ? Use your brain responsibly by thoughts and imaginations instead of repeating the data whatever is told in theories!
