Noida police made many mistakes and why they did all these , we do not know.
1) the crimne scene was not searched properly, the suspect later on turned out to be a victim and his dead body was putryfying on the same building where police investigated the case. The police inspector concerned was suspended
2) The bedroom in which the girl was killed ,her skull was bashed, her throat was deeply cut was not sealed by police. Even their relatives were allowed to use the room for prayers !!!
3) they dod not preserve the crime scene on the roof of the building even after realizing the mistakes they did first time? The heavy rain washed away the blood stains on the roof and noida police did not collect blood samples on the roof.
3) full hand print of blood on a wall of the staircase was not investigated at all.
4) maid servant's room was not investigated, worse still, noida police did not make any coherant, visible search for the murder weapon.
5)conclusions were drawn hastily , even before finding all the victims, and also ascertaining as to how many killers could be present etc., and gave a full press conferance declaring the character of a lady dentist colleague of Talwar(married and leading a respectful family life) and 14 year old school girl. Everything lacks professianalism and also heavy handed ,revengeful behaviour of Noida police. 6) Now CBI feels that the murder weapon could be anywhere near and searching in the nala and drainage.

Talwar is the murderer,He misguided the police and used his clout as respectable position in the society to misguide and checkmate the police search. The way he was obstructing and ordering the police official clearly indicates he is the culprit.Nobody in the world is away from sin.Particularly north indian are puccka criminals, they will do anything and remain w/o any concious of guilty. They obey only to power

No doubt police have messed up the investigation. But they may have done that under pressure. They may have been misled by Talwars' or they may have been asked to cover up the issue by name sake investigation. Both the parties know who the culprits are but they are not in a position to prove. It is the loopholes in our legal system that Talwars' are taking advantage of. Court not satisfied with circumstantial evidence itself is a major loophole. Yes, circumstantial evidences may not accurate always, but in some cases wherein it points out strongly to a culprit should be seriously considered. It is strange of a court to admit narco analysis test results of a terrorist and not of a medical doctor. This selective acceptance of narco analysis results by courts is also another loop hole.
