No doubt police have messed up the investigation. But they may have done that under pressure. They may have been misled by Talwars' or they may have been asked to cover up the issue by name sake investigation. Both the parties know who the culprits are but they are not in a position to prove. It is the loopholes in our legal system that Talwars' are taking advantage of. Court not satisfied with circumstantial evidence itself is a major loophole. Yes, circumstantial evidences may not accurate always, but in some cases wherein it points out strongly to a culprit should be seriously considered. It is strange of a court to admit narco analysis test results of a terrorist and not of a medical doctor. This selective acceptance of narco analysis results by courts is also another loop hole.
