its too long that dr rajesh talwar wa arrestted by the up poice on the baseess charges of murder of her own daughter. as per my view the girl was in her teens and family servants were sexuly absuing her as she was alone in the house most of the times.talwar family has a history of changing servants most of the times.the coupe used to sleep in the seprate room keeping alone her daughter in the adjoining room.probably servants had made reations with her and one of the servant had killed the both and fled away taking away moblie phones of aarushi and hemraj. sugestion to cbi. keep tracking mobile phone of both the deceased in india as well as in nepal maay be phone is in operation in nepal or remote part of india. this can give a big lead to cbi . circumstances says dr talwar is not killer

Circumstance does not hint Dr. Talwar as innocent. Prior to naming Hemaraj as culprit, why didn't they search their house, including terrace. Killing a person involves a lot of struggle. Even the weakest person will put up stiff resistance, that in turn generates a lot of sound. The whole incident suggest to something which is well planned. Probably they were drugged before being killed. Why an outside killer bother to shift the body of only Hemaraj (Probably he was killed inside the house - Arushi bed sheet found there suggests that)to terrace, lock the terrace and go. All these events suggest that an insider is involved. They may have taken the help of someone else too. Definitely killers were not in a hurry. They have committed the crime, collected all the materials which would be possible evidences. Any killer will be having fear - why didn't they latch Dr. and Mrs. Talwars' room. The phone record of Hemaraj suggests the phone was getting signals from the tower near their house. All these activities will be generating a lot of struggle and sound which will wake up any person. The claim of Talwar's not waking up till morning also is unbelievable. They have personally committed the crime with the help of someone or they have hired someone else to do it. Any other killer would have caused random injuries than similar injuries on both the victims. The behavior of any teenager is to latch his/her room from inside. Free entry into Arushi's room suggests the

continued... killer was a known person. Either she has opened the door or since she was drugged has not closed the door at all. If victims were not drugged they would have screamed and tried to get out of the house. People cannot be so easily drugged. They will not accept anything from total strangers. This looks likes a very well planned and meticulously executed murder.
