Circumstance does not hint Dr. Talwar as innocent. Prior to naming Hemaraj as culprit, why didn't they search their house, including terrace. Killing a person involves a lot of struggle. Even the weakest person will put up stiff resistance, that in turn generates a lot of sound. The whole incident suggest to something which is well planned. Probably they were drugged before being killed. Why an outside killer bother to shift the body of only Hemaraj (Probably he was killed inside the house - Arushi bed sheet found there suggests that)to terrace, lock the terrace and go. All these events suggest that an insider is involved. They may have taken the help of someone else too. Definitely killers were not in a hurry. They have committed the crime, collected all the materials which would be possible evidences. Any killer will be having fear - why didn't they latch Dr. and Mrs. Talwars' room. The phone record of Hemaraj suggests the phone was getting signals from the tower near their house. All these activities will be generating a lot of struggle and sound which will wake up any person. The claim of Talwar's not waking up till morning also is unbelievable. They have personally committed the crime with the help of someone or they have hired someone else to do it. Any other killer would have caused random injuries than similar injuries on both the victims. The behavior of any teenager is to latch his/her room from inside.
