Step 1: Plant the bomb (by BJP activists) Step 2: Police starts check up in the city (silently) Step 3: Start finding the bombs from their places (police trying to become hero) Step 4: Call media and show them the bomb (scare the people) Step 5: Blame it on some unknown minority group Step 6: Hack an American's email id and send mail using a muslim name Step 7: Create public sympathy for BJP and hatred for ruling party (congress) Step 8: Election time talk only of the blasts and glorify own self how they saved the people from the bombs (which they themselves planted) Step 9: Moronic public votes for them Step 10: Follow all the above steps when next election approached

Your cult people, the terrorists thought that there would be severe backlash and in the confusion they would activate all those bombs destroying the world famous Diamond Industry and resulting in the death of thousands of people. However, there was no backlash and they could not activate as it would expose their ruthlessness. However, your cult people always claim they are innocent. They have even claimed that 9/11 was done by USA and Israel.
