Exceptions make the rule
by jaideep shirali on Jul 28, 2008 01:00 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Exceptions make the rule, is what our human rights activists believe. So we have no stringent law to tackle and convict terrorists properly. That, coupled with the Congress govt's absolute spinelessness, can allow any terrorist to swaggger around confidently. I would be glad if the Parliament blasts had claimed atleast one politician. If our Govt means business, rather than hollow slogans, start with action on Afzal Guru.

Life sentence, kept in suspense that any time one will be called to the gallows is a sentence worse than death. It is mental

torture. Afzal admitted this. Saddam preferred death to life imprisonment.

What the scum Afzal is pleading is for Mercy Killing. Why BJP want to appease Afzal?

Afzal guru should not be hanged..bcoz these criminals r mentally pepared for death...best way to punish muslim terrorists is to sentence them lifelong in a cell with bhagavat gita sookthas, bible quotes and make them hear anti muslim preaches..they will get mad i'm sure..
