They are not trained to think strategically. One thing is certain, the 'doers' here are ordinary foot soldiers. Someone delivers bombs to them with an instruction to plant them localy. Serach for these guys. They are very much around. Try to peneterate into their mind.

Has Indian Police ever caught politician!!!.. it is a fact that terrorist and politicians r hand in glove... terrorist funding is openly on streets Matka,betting etc has modi got guts to stop this funding!! .. infact he wants.. to win elections

yes. Corruption is weakening and demoralising our nation. Politicians and terrorists (and criminals) are hand in glove. Try hard to weaken that political support for terrorists.
