Mr. Manmohan Singh has proved to be a good disciple of Late Mr. N. Rao. He was able to achieve what his mentor had about 15 years ago!!!!

He failed to modernize the way bribery was paid. We are living in wire transfer era and his dalal Amar Singh is roaming around with big suitcases.

Yup, congrtulations to the congress for buying off votes here and there. Plus, receiving enormous kickbacks from US nuclear lobbyist, particularly from the Bush administration, to go push the nuclear deal through, etc,.
Anymore of the "achievements" of the Congress you'd like to congratulate them on? The list could be a verrrry looong one!
