Yup, congrtulations to the congress for buying off votes here and there. Plus, receiving enormous kickbacks from US nuclear lobbyist, particularly from the Bush administration, to go push the nuclear deal through, etc,.

Anymore of the "achievements" of the Congress you'd like to congratulate them on? The list could be a verrrry looong one!
