In the National Interest !!!
by shailendra mistry on Jul 21, 2008 03:06 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

It will be better if Sh. Manmohan singh Implement following two suggestions for national Interest
1.      VAV System (Value added Voting System) in it the vote value is considered according to qualification of the voter.
For example value of vote of Illiterate is =1 vote
Value of Vote of tenth Pass = 10 votes
Value of Vote of Diploma =20 votes
Value of Vote of Under graduate = 20 votes
Value of Vote of Graduate = 27 votes
Value of Vote of PHD= 30 votes
Value of Vote above Ph D=40 votes
If this VAV is implemented the Political system will get reformed tremendously and the so called Dagi will get eliminated from the election automatically.
2.      Release the salary of the MP only after his attendance in the Parliament is above 63% per month.
3.       A minimum 10 discussion of State related issues should be cleared in single parliament session per day.
4.      A minimum 2 discussion of National interest should be cleared in a single day.
5.      All the proceedings abstracts should fall under RTI act
6.      The MP should be given bonus if the National Income rises per month and bonus should be revocable if the National income falls at the end of Lok sabha.
7.       MP should work in his constituency Through a Nominee who will be a different person than MP.
I think these are the few points I think, can make India a Strong Democratic nation.
For more suggestion you can mail me, my address of Email is on the web site miniatureclub dot com
Kind regards
Shailendra mistry

Dear Shailendra

Good suggestion. But a problem.
Is it always true that more educated person will also be more intelligent?
Is it always true that better education means more integrity for the country?
Is it always true that more educated is less corrupt?
You know people like Mulayam Singh, Behenji, Laluji etc., they all are so called graduates.
Getting degrees (or fake degrees) are not so difficult these days.
Otherwise the suggestions are really great.
Good luck!
Trideep
