Good suggestion. But a problem. Is it always true that more educated person will also be more intelligent? Is it always true that better education means more integrity for the country? Is it always true that more educated is less corrupt? You know people like Mulayam Singh, Behenji, Laluji etc., they all are so called graduates. Getting degrees (or fake degrees) are not so difficult these days. Otherwise the suggestions are really great. Good luck! Trideep
