leftists and chaddi knickerwallahs deciding our fate, India is on the road to agricultural state soon. There will be famines, high infant and maternal mortality etc just like in the past and of course massive load-shedding. With OIL boil staring us in the face, we are still debating if the deal is good or if 8% is enough of an energy to submit nuclear deal to international scrutiny. Every single percent counts. No wonder democracy never works in India simply because most of us are poor and illiterate and we cannot look at the bigger picture of energy security

Prakash Kharat ( communist leader ) is real internal enemy of India. He and his party will jump as per instructions from China. This deal is very important for us. Deal will create jobs ( for every one). Please support PM ( thou you oppose UPA / congress). After so long we got honest PM ( unfortunately he is not a politician)

Yes Mr Girish, your conclusion is correct. Democracy doesn't work in INdia. Democracy has sought its hand from LEFT to get the number. Even then thye did not want top extedn their hand to BJP, a democratic party. A single largest party is kept aside by these crooks are in a mess. They want to get the vote for this N Deal from Jiled Criminal MPs.
Sheme on the INC

look dude, it is a matter of national importance. And I am sure privately most of the leaders Vajpayee, Advani etc are pro-deal. It is only the RSS which is against it as it still harbours dreams of swadeshi renaissance or some such nonsense. Both the RSS and Left are against US in any form. I am pretty sure that congress and BJP would have tried to come closer on this issue except for RSS.

Anyone thinking abt the corporate angle of this deal? My humble opinion is that it is not about nation building for the INC, BJP and CPM. It is all about money making and their loyalities to the corporate world.
Mukesh opposes the deal, while Anil favoures, why? Because Anil's Reliance Power pins its money making hopes on nuclear fuel whereas Mukesh's Reliance Natural focuses on alternative renewable energy.
Talking of nuclear fuel, have anyone thought abt how good it will be as a replacement to oil? Well, estimates of power produced by nuclear in france vary from 17%-75% and no body know what is the truth! What abt nuclear waste? What about cost?? Nuclear based electricity will cost much more than coal based.
So dear friends... its nothing but money making by a few politicians and a few rich business thats it. All we can do is just blabber in forums like this.

I too don't dis agree with N Deal. The problem is the hiden clauses which will affect our future rights. US hates India on every occassion. Look at todays news about US giving clean chit to PAk. Still you don't understand US. You on't have self confidence with youself. That is the basic problem.

the entire world think a federal solution with appropriate rights for minorities will work in Sri Lanka, but these political parties in TN are totally pro-LTTE and India is allowing Pakistan China to meddle in a region which should have been our area of influence

that is what I am telling you we will always have issues with everybody and there is realpolitik involved. This does not mean that we should view US suspiciously. Cold war is over now and diffrent threats exist today and we have to adjust accordingly. Yes it was a mistake on both US and India to drift apart. But now the situation is diffrent

Look US has its own compulsions to support Pakistan because of its fight against Al-Qaeda. Dont tell me India does not have its own compulsions, why does not India help Sri Lanka, simply because political parties in TN are pro-LTTE and will not tolerate any action watsoever against LTTE. Because of this Pakistan and China are increasing their influence in Sri Lanka. Also remember that US never attacked India, but both Pakistan and China did.

that is what I am telling you, in 1971 China was an ally of US and Pakistan was a friend of China and so US sent some nuclear armed ships to India. is this what you are referring to when you say India should not trust US ?
