With OIL boil staring us in the face, we are still debating if the deal is good or if 8% is enough of an energy to submit nuclear deal to international scrutiny. Every single percent counts. No wonder democracy never works in India simply because most of us are poor and illiterate and we cannot look at the bigger picture of energy security
