NSA, FS, DAE, PM, and Maino. All are telling everything and Giving Assurances Only in Words. Those words are not found written in the Agreements.
The Problem is that People are concerned that the Text is Interpretable at the Readers Convenience. And The Fear is that the Future Players in Washington can Interpret in their OWN way.
Our People Occupying Offices are Giving Only their Own Interpretations and Asking us to sleep in solace.
BUT the Country needs the Assurances - Written in The Agreements AND Not be something Inferable due to the vagueness of the Text.
If This is the Best India could get, OK! That Shows the Competence of our Govt.

It is not as simple as you think. Do you think a written document from government will settle everything? Even with the available(told) information, a lot of people have no clue what is going on and some simple souls end up with wrong information and they oppose. Firstly, there is misinformation and incorrect interpretations of whatever information is available. People opposing this come up with mis-information like: - World Uranium deposits will end by 2030 - US wants to sell off old equipment to India - India has enough Uranium till 2010. Then there are unfounded conspiracy theories such as: - Kalam and SP leader went to US some time back guess why? - India will loose it independence. - India's domestic program will be hurt. - Manmohan wants to sell India. - Many others.
Only after above is taken care of, written agreement has some meaning.

What looks like nonsense to you is actually nonsense propagated by some folks on these boards only. I am just repeating it here. But probably it is too much for you to understand. I would strongly recommend, you go find a brain. Your head is empty. If you have not content to write, shutup and do some research. Don't just write any junk.
