MP --the best paid job in India..even no basic qualification is requred... then wat qualisties you need to be 1.. Be a "DON" or "Mudrer" in short you must have a CRIMINAL RECORD(top one) 2.. you have to be a BORN LIAR. 3..Be a JOKER (to attract public) 4..Must know CHEATING.

5. Must be from the politically 'most suitable' social background (I leave the interpretation to the readers). 6. Should NOT be pragmatic. 7. Should be able to preserve his votebank in their vulnerable (read 'Weak') stage itself so that he can forever seek votes to remove their vulnerability.
