MP --the best paid job in India..even no basic qualification is requred... then wat qualisties you need to be
1.. Be a "DON" or "Mudrer" in short you must have a CRIMINAL RECORD(top one)
2.. you have to be a BORN LIAR.
3..Be a JOKER (to attract public)
4..Must know CHEATING.
