No Faith
by lingambaba on Jul 10, 2008 07:52 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

I do not have any faith on either the Indian police or the CBI, I had posted these messages on numerous forums that, most of the cases which are on limelight or are high profile cases are being investigated with specific notions behind them.

In Independent India till date not a single high profile person has been found guilty, cases here runs for decades.

It is shame for the entire nation that the best investigation agency in the country cannot resolve a murder case which took place inside someone residence. The investigation has been supplimented by Narco-Analysis of those under suspecision more then 2 times.

What is shocking is the moment we have any terror attack in the country the same local police resolves the case within 24 hours, giving the history of the terrorist since his birth till he is arrested.

Like all cases be it terror, murder, Scam, you name it this time also either a servant, a road side begger, or a local vegetable vendor will be put behind bars and those who are responsible will be having chicken tandoori with Champaign....Long Live Indian Democracy and Long live Indian Law Enforcement

Don,t go entirely negative against India. Each develoed nation and developing nation gone or going through this phase. We have a 30% eletrate population and more than 75% uneducated
whats going on is expected. On your quote "Long Live Indian Democracy and Long live Indian Law Enforcement" nothing is long live in this universe. Things will change try to contribute something.I myself stand alone(out of 200) in the court in a day light murder in the campus of goverment collage in orissa when I was a student there. After a long struggle even I have to read lots of law books to fight the case as eye witness. Finally they get convicted and sentenced for life in prision in September 2007.

Don't talk like an idiot. You r a dumb fool that's what you are and anyone who thinks that her own parents murdered her. This is exactly what happens when media and public get down to investigating the case instead of the police. Atleast now let's hope that Arushi's will be left alone and at peace even though its their fault for allowing men to stay in the house with their young daughter. Its negligence and carelessness on their part but they definitely are not the murderers. Anyone with common sense can judge that.

I agree.....thats why India is among the world's top most corrupt countries in the entire world. For any work to be done, you have to bribe. I am sure thats why UP Police tried to cover up the case initially. If the Law enforcement is itself corrupt, what can you expect of its people. Now CBI is investigating with whatever left over clues.....like a fool. I pity them. What is ridiculous is its been over three weeks that the CBI send the blood stained T-shirt to Hyderbad for analysis and till date no result. Wow.....such a delay in a sensational case! I wonder if there is some cover up again here. After reading these reports, I am losing faith in the entire system. Is it the parents or servants?
