Don,t go entirely negative against India. Each develoed nation and developing nation gone or going through this phase. We have a 30% eletrate population and more than 75% uneducated whats going on is expected. Things will change try to contribute something.I myself stand alone(out of 200) in the court in a day light murder in the campus of goverment collage in orissa when I was a student there. After a long struggle even I have to read lots of law books to fight the case as eye witness. Finally they get convicted and sentenced for life in prision in September 2007.
