In India's politics one has to understand that if anything makes discomfort to minority whether they are xtians or mulsims, it should not be implemented, practiced. Hence, it is better to lose innocent civilians than taking action against terrorists. otherwise government can take advise from teesta, pranoyroy, sardesai, burka dutt (all are got padma awards for supporting congress in gujarat elections)minority commissions, human right commission, commies, lalus, and italian boss and their chamchas (especially new saviour of cong veeruppa moily)ultimately their suggestion would be known to everyone!

i think we have to bring military rule for 5 yrs, then they will smash all these bad MP and MLAs or else, instead of taking into police custody handover to MP/MLA reposible until case to over, daily bring them court and put them in MP/MLA house, then they will realise how dangerous put with there family
