In India's politics one has to understand that if anything makes discomfort to minority whether they are xtians or mulsims, it should not be implemented, practiced. Hence, it is better to lose innocent civilians than taking action against terrorists. otherwise government can take advise from teesta, pranoyroy, sardesai, burka dutt (all are got padma awards for supporting congress in gujarat elections)minority commissions, human right commission, commies, lalus, and italian boss and their chamchas (especially new saviour of cong veeruppa moily)ultimately their suggestion would be known to everyone!
