Rulers of Bengal do not have expirence in doing anything positive or good. Informing about Birdflu did not involve opposing anything, or conducting rally... this was not of importance to them. They thought they have got nothing to do with it. Also the word CHINA does not appear anywere near Birdflu.. so it was ignored...

communis failed in west bengal to deliver good governance from since last 30 yrs but they won all state elecyion[wb].also failed in centre.actualy CPM is helping upa and congi are blaming CPM.I think now any win will be tough For CPM bcz CPM failed in every sector.
