Vegetarian people lack iron,calcium,Protein and folic acid-This is the reason India is weak in most popular world sports(due to lack of energy and strength) and are more desease prone.More over the belief that Vegetarian diet brings more mortality is not supported by facts as most non vegetatrian eating communities have better life expectancy-Japan,France,Italy etc.But I personally think vegetarians are better off in just one matter-They help in cause of preserving life.

If non veg is not good for heart patients it dosnt mean that it is also not good for sugar patients, you know dear insulin is non veg, which is the best medicine for diabetis.

Soy bean is vegetarian, Tofu, pulses etc are rich sources of protein than any Non Veg item. I think being vege. has nothing to do with Indians being weak in Olympics.

U see the simple example-The Pakistanis have fast bowlers roaming on roads.India with 150 million population couldnt produce a genuine fastie.The slower bowlers in india get injured every now and then.I bet India cound never do well in Olympics or sports like soccer.

But hey friends,this doesnt mean I am making a propaganda about non veg foods-I think we can have a better life with any food, but we need to have a good thought-That's important.And personally I feel there is no better thing than to keep all living beings unharmed.

yes...medical science say so-moreover,protein,iron calcium and Folic acid are not present in good quantities as in non veg food-I mean tehre is no food as rich in Iron as the animal liver-spinach is not even a fraction of it and plant iron requires Vit C to get absorved.
