Vegetarian people lack iron,calcium,Protein and folic acid-This is the reason India is weak in most popular world sports(due to lack of energy and strength) and are more desease prone.More over the belief that Vegetarian diet brings more mortality is not supported by facts as most non vegetatrian eating communities have better life expectancy-Japan,France,Italy etc.But I personally think vegetarians are better off in just one matter-They help in cause of preserving life.
