UP and Bihar should be split from the rest of the country. The crime rate,poverty rate,unemployment rate,illiteracy rate will drop down drastically. Also we can get rid of all the corrupt politicians and gangsters who are from the cow belt. The GDP rate will go up even higher and India can get rid of its poverty and become a developed country within a decade.

That's taking things too far! Let there be military rule..or let someone capable like Mr Modi oversee the rule of UP-Bihar. And let there be forcible population control. That should suffice.

why mix up things ? Mh does not have any issues with migrants. its raj who needs a seat right now together with congress.
