UP and Bihar should be split from the rest of the country. The crime rate,poverty rate,unemployment rate,illiteracy rate will drop down drastically. Also we can get rid of all the corrupt politicians and gangsters who are from the cow belt. The GDP rate will go up even higher and India can get rid of its poverty and become a developed country within a decade.
