Threre is no gurantee that after u punish Amit threre will not be another Amit ( R all todays doctors not Amit ? ...till they are not caught they are Doctors but in reality they are leaches ) What we require is solution to this, As long as there is demand and rich ppl , there WILL be supply from poor ppl. Can we stop rich ppl ? NO ...same way we CANNOT stop poor ppl from selling.What we have to do is to LEGALISE the donation for money.Arrange 4 a platform whre the receiver and donor talk directly to each other ( with out middleman doctors ...leaches)come to price negotiation and do the buying. This negotiations should be treated at PAR with that of sarrogate mother negotiations.

The same thing a criminal said who was supplies young kids to travelers in Goa. he said that people are asking for it there is a demand and they get young poor kids, who need money.

Dear Shaikh Ali...let us solve one problem at a time.Here v r discussing regarding exchange of kidneys between 2 adults who r aware of the implications....let us not HIJACK this issue by bringing kids into this....remember that what i was asking was that these negotiations should be allowed on the SAME basis as that of sarrogate mother .These sarrogate mother negotiations are done with the consent of the Advocate and there is a signing of legal CONTRACT which can stand in court , should any dispute arise.
Regarding this child prostitution I do not have solution today.If in future if I get I will shrare it on rediff.
