Dear Shaikh Ali...let us solve one problem at a time.Here v r discussing regarding exchange of kidneys between 2 adults who r aware of the implications....let us not HIJACK this issue by bringing kids into this....remember that what i was asking was that these negotiations should be allowed on the SAME basis as that of sarrogate mother .These sarrogate mother negotiations are done with the consent of the Advocate and there is a signing of legal CONTRACT which can stand in court , should any dispute arise.
