Narayana Murthy, the great Hypocrite?
by Eshwar Kosaraju on Aug 18, 2008 10:24 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Are we talking about the same Narayana Murthy, who refused to sing/stand during the rendition of our National Anthem, and who defended his action by saying that "clients" will feel offended? As if the so called "clients" don't sing one! Yeah, these two can be termed as the biggest scamsters of all times, judging by the way their sweatshops operate - looking at the way the salaries are structured, with the so called "variable" pay, they are always employee unfriendly!

Whats wrong in variable pay???

I am a naturalized American who happens to hire foreign nationals, due to paucity of local talent.

These foreign employees cant take part in ITAR(i.e. classified projects). So many a time, they just sit around doing nothing and getting the full allocated pay; Most of them dont even want to become citizens(prefer to just have a green card); thus their in-effectiveness continues. SO WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

PAY THEM LESS, SO AS TO MAKE THEM STRIVE HARDER TO BECOME NATURALIZED CITIZENS
