Economic development is the key
by Proud Indian on Apr 08, 2008 03:02 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

My views on this topic:
1) At the end of the day even after all their jehadi aspirations stroked by Pakistan, I belive Kashmiri ppl will realize where their future will be better - India or Pakistan
2) They can either throw their lot in a destablized pakistan which goes from permanent military rule to intermitent democracy. OR They can go with an economic super power that India is going to become in the next decade.
3) Any military analyst will tell you that the next pakistan -India showdown will be won by the side which has the economic might to last it out. Can we afford a 3 month war with Pakistan? I think we can. Can Pakistan afford a 3 month war with us? I dont think so. Let us make ourselves so strong that the Pakistan will know that they cannot win come what may.
4) This is how Ragan defeated Russia at the cold war - he simply made it too costly for Russia to continue. I believe that India has to do the same with Pakistan.
5) India has the high amount of international tourist outflows to places like UK, Switzerland etc. Can you imagine the benifit to Kashmir if half of these outflow of tourists went to J&K and not to foreign nations

We are mistaking Kashmir Issue.

POK was not taken by any army. It was taken by Kabila Militia after independace. It is difficult to defeat this kabila militia and it was difficult at time of indepenace. We are hearing news from Pakistan.

We have to work together with Pakistan to defeat these militia. Kabila has it's own economical model and army ( sorry they are goons)
Nawaz, Musharaf or Bhutto's didn't have power, they are powerless. ISI has complete control or Army and decision making body. They can execute anybody, anywhere in Pak even president. They have done it once ( Zia ul Haq was murdered by ISI). ISI and Kabila militia work hand in hand.

We cannot believe Pakistan as well as China both are trecherous. Proof: First Hindi-Chini Bhai,Bhai later a slap on the face of India which we could not forget so far. Regarding Pakistan under the garb of dialogue infiltration into Kargil and paying heavy price by Indian Army sacrificing many officers. So I think before we extend any friendly arm to Pakistan and China we must be double cautious.

Pakistan is controlled by 4 different entities.
1. ISI ( Powerful than any other entity in Pak. They can even execute PAK president, They have executed ex. president Zia ul Haq)
2. Kabila Militia ( Which work in hand in hand with ISI. ISI has defined economical model for Kabilas' using drug rackets)
3. Pak Army and President of Pakistan ( has control over civilized pakistanis and less influence over Kabilas from NF, Waziristan, Baluch)
4. Elected member of Parliament ( less influance in controlling any factor in Pak). They are helpless creature in PAK. They are not decision maker. Somebody else takes decision on behalf of them.
