The appointment of MS Gill the then CEC into the Cabinet sends down the message: Bureaucrats, better cow down by the party high commands, so that you can get laddu- even after retirement! So, bureaucrats affiliate with the political parties and disrespect the Indian Constituiton, which is after all - a plain piece of paper, like our National Flag, which is also a plain piece of cloth! yeah TS i agree with u.....the bureaucrats are as big cheats as the politicians...most of the so called IAS passouts holding senior positions in government related portfolios are just puppets in the hand of the minister concerned /// MS GILL induction into the cabinet reflects it....he surely must have done some favour to win the post atleast for next few months before the elections...
