yeah TS i agree with u.....the bureaucrats are as big cheats as the politicians...most of the so called IAS passouts holding senior positions in government related portfolios are just puppets in the hand of the minister concerned /// MS GILL induction into the cabinet reflects it....he surely must have done some favour to win the post atleast for next few months before the elections...
