u have not understood the reality. I asked u where is brightness..answer that! If not for so many people from chennai and other states and people from other states, then even god knows what development this city would have faced!

harish, first let them tell the ratios for the below.... 1. Using volvo buses (local transportation) 2. Using shopping malls 3. Using Airport (both domestic & International) 4. working in IT sectors 5. Working in Pvt sectors 6. Running small scale & large scale industries 7. No. of konadog technicians working in Konadogs cinema industries (not even 20%) (statistics shown in Kasturi TV )

But still banglore is the most beautiful city in india only because of contribution of Kannadigas. Tamilians have occupied & created slums in banglore.Tamilians deserve it.

The discussion is moving too much away from Hogenekal water project. Please do not criticize one another. Each group has its own strengths and weaknesses. In any case, we are all Indians only. Let the discussion become more meaningful intellectual on why Hogenekal (incidentally, this is a Kannada name) project should come or not. Afterall, it is going to supply drinking water to largely drought-affetced districts, and there could be large number of Kannada-speaking families in them. There are millions of Kannadigas in Mumbai and Chennai, and even in Hyderabad, as also Tamils in all these places, for historical reasons. And let's not destroy their livelihood or future. Let's not fall prey to the machinations of petty criminals in the garb of politicians.
