The discussion is moving too much away from Hogenekal water project. Please do not criticize one another. Each group has its own strengths and weaknesses. In any case, we are all Indians only. Let the discussion become more meaningful intellectual on why Hogenekal (incidentally, this is a Kannada name) project should come or not. Afterall, it is going to supply drinking water to largely drought-affetced districts, and there could be large number of Kannada-speaking families in them. There are millions of Kannadigas in Mumbai and Chennai, and even in Hyderabad, as also Tamils in all these places, for historical reasons. And let's not destroy their livelihood or future. Let's not fall prey to the machinations of petty criminals in the garb of politicians.
