English is very funny language. You will not find most of Hindi translations in English. The fact is that there is no English translation of Dharam. The English word is Religion. But Religion and Dharam are two different words with different meanings. In Hindi, we call Religion as 'Sampradya', like Hindu 'Sampradya', Muslim 'Sampradya', Christian 'Sampradya'etc., whereas in English, we will say Hindu Religion, Muslim Religion or Christian Religion. Dharam is world associated with Mankind. For example, 'Humanity is mankind', no one will say 'Humanity is Religion', but the same if you have to convey in Hindi, then the correct phrase in Hindi will be 'Manavta Hi Dharam Hai'. No one will say ' Manavata Hi 'Sampradya' Hai'. Therefore, Dharam is uniform word, associated to all Human Beings irrespective of any Professions, Religions. In view of the same, no one can separate Dharam even from Politics. Today's context of Politics doesnot contain Dharam, that's why Politics has been criminalized. But today's politician, without analysing anything are commenting. Worship is a private. Who is stopping the same ? I think nobody is stopping. Everyone are free to worship in India as per their faith. In a broader sense, if we take the meaning of Religion as Dharam in English, then Religion has to be mixed with Politics to make Politics more holy. Today problem is arising due to involvement of Govt. by playing with the sentiments of Hindu Faith, which is totally private. No Hindu

"In Continuation of Above" ==========================
No Hindu is forcing anyone to believe in Lord Ram, but one should not also question the existence of Lord Ram. There were Dharam war during Lord Ram and Krishna's period, whether those wars were between two 'Religions' or 'Sampradya'. Of Course 'No'. Those wars were between the 'Right', and 'Wrong'. 'Right' is Dharam, and 'Wrong' is Adharm'.

ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. A GOOD OBSERVATION. SO POLITICS SHOULD ALWAYS BE RELATED TO DHARAM, BUT NOT RELATED TO SAMPRADAYA. BUT WHAT IS HAPPENING TODAY IS THAT POLITICS HAS DEEP DEPENDENCE ON SAMPRADAYA AND SAMUDAYA, BUT HAS NO RELATION WITH DHARM. I HOPE THE ELLECTION COMMISSION REALISES THIS FACT AND ACTS ACCORDINGLY.
