It does'nt matter whether it is AMU or BHU or any other university in UP and Bihar ( does it have any), these bloody bhaiyyas will never improve . This is the region where every student dreams of becoming a Student leader , while in other states students are busy planning their career path , these bhaiyyas are bust fighting elections ... the one who win become future MLA's and MP's and the one who lose pack their bags and catch the next train to Mumbai, Delhi , Gurgaon , Bangalore and now even to Assam ...... UP and Bihar are failed states of our country and it is the people of these states who are to blamed ...for electing idiots like Mulayam , Lalu and Mayawati ... these crorepati thugs are responsible for the present situation ...... Lacs of jobless youth without direction , without any future , wandering across the country .... Shame on the people of UP and Bihar ....

Its not past man still UP and Bihar are giving maximum IAS and No exam is as tougher than IAS and IPS. IF UP and Bihari people concentrate on IT and other sector I am sure all other states people would be out of there JObs! This for sure.

Since most of IAS officers are from UP and Bihar, that is the only cause for currupt policies and high curruption in administration. other states do not prefer IAS because they have IT.

I am a Bhaiyya myself .... whom are you fooling ????? Your land of Ganges ( now a Gutter )now produces only filthy and thrid rate lawyers ... the second most coveted profession os Teaching ... because you actually get paid for not working ... you can take care of your classroom at the same time you can take care of your farming activites ....
and please don't give that silly argument of "most number of IAS officers are from UP" ..I am tired of this argument ... everytime you ask a bhiayya to do a reality check he comes up with same argument... the fact is if you look a records even the most number of candidates are from UP ... because they have nothing else to do .... No software or IT realted jobs ...no Manufacturing units, no Industries ...candidates keep appearing for UPSC exams year after year ... if examine the results properly .... most of the candidates who are selected are seleceted in their 3rd or 4th attempt ....Don't get emotional .... By the Nalanda is today in ruins and good tourist spot ....

anyways I do accpet that most students in IIT are from these two states ...the a lot needs to be done .....IIT's are not driving the economy of the state ...

Abhinav, i have read most of your comments they had some content but not this one.
Are you telling there are no criminals in U.P, M.P, Bihar roaming freely without the knowledge and help of these state governments???
I am not here to say southern India is 100 % perfect but it is much much better than core Hindi belt like M.P,U.P & Bihar%u2014I can bet on that.
Can you please list the number of major disturbances happened in Karnataka and other southern states in last 3 years??? and can you also list the developments and FDI received in southern states compared to U.P, M.P, Bihar.
Madani is an exception and not definitely an example, but we didn%u2019t make any big criminal like Poolan Devi as an M.P or an MLA. We always make sure these criminals get meet their fate like Veerapan.
I graduated from Bangalore University, in 4 years I have never seen or heard about any riot or student rioting and killing each others in campuses.
Let me tell you one more thing, Out of top 10 best Technical institution in India (including IIT%u2019s) State of Tamil Nadu alone has 5 universities in the listing (both private & Public). Due you think it can be achieved without the good motivation and commitment of the state govt and public in general.

Which part of Southern India are you living dude???tell us the state and town you are living so we can all stay away.
Ram, Kishen, Buddha and Mahavir were from what is UP and Bihar.
The Beharis and Avadhis fought for the first ware of independence. The British ensured that because of the resistence, these states were kept backward.
