Are you telling there are no criminals in U.P, M.P, Bihar roaming freely without the knowledge and help of these state governments???
I am not here to say southern India is 100 % perfect but it is much much better than core Hindi belt like M.P,U.P & Bihar%u2014I can bet on that.
Can you please list the number of major disturbances happened in Karnataka and other southern states in last 3 years??? and can you also list the developments and FDI received in southern states compared to U.P, M.P, Bihar.
Madani is an exception and not definitely an example, but we didn%u2019t make any big criminal like Poolan Devi as an M.P or an MLA. We always make sure these criminals get meet their fate like Veerapan.
I graduated from Bangalore University, in 4 years I have never seen or heard about any riot or student rioting and killing each others in campuses.
Let me tell you one more thing, Out of top 10 best Technical institution in India (including IIT%u2019s) State of Tamil Nadu alone has 5 universities in the listing (both private & Public). Due you think it can be achieved without the good motivation and commitment of the state govt and public in general.
