TADA and POTA were largely used to settle political scores and is the reason for withdrawing it. like TADA & POTA there should be a strong law to punish the rioters and even the same could be extended in case of calling back.

Mr. Akram, riots happen spontaneously, without any thinking or planning. Terrorism is a well thought out planned attack on the nation. So don't both of them under the same scanner. Also, riots people from all communities get killed, not in terrorsim where only ethnic cleansing is targeted. And most of the places where riots happened, we all know which community initiated the riots and which community retaliated. So I know these things pinch, but a person living in glass house shud not throw stones at others.

i agree terrorism acts are planned. but what about Gujarat riots after GODHRA. Godhra attack may be spontaneous by a group of 15-20 but what about the followed state sponsored riots.
i will laugh at your saying that terrorist bomb blasts is for ethnic cleansing. terrorism has spoiled the J&K and suffering is for all pandits,muslims. pandits were subjected to more tears and i will not deny it.

Godhra attack was not at all spontaneous. Burning 59 people in a compartment and standing guard outside so that anyone jumping outside is also killed cannot be spontaneous Mr. Akram. Terrorism in Kashmir has killed thousands of pandits not even few hundred muslims. Can you show me a terrorist anywhere in the world who belongs to any non-muslim community?

LTTE will be a good example and you can ask any sinhalese about it. ULFA killing hindi speaking people in ASSAM are not muslims.
ETA in spain is not muslim. Serbians killed 10000 BOSNIANS and buried they are not muslims. is the people killed by these incidents are not human being because those involved in killing are not muslims.
LTTE killed so may leaders in Srilanka and even in India. but they are not terrorist but freedom fighters. it is the same told by pakistan for the terrorists creating havoc in J&K.

the good qualities of a person should be always worth of praising. we should accept that flowers of other gardens also have fragrance.
it is not a matter of convinence that i appreciate BUSH, it is the leadership that made the people of his country to abide from attacks on people. i dont lick the shoes of US and inspite of being a IT professional i never opted to work in US as a matter of principle.
Gujju's the main funders for the organization preaching hatred stay & flourish is US literally lick the asses of americans for money. they called the modern nero to head the meeting of their moteliers association and US has rightly denied visa to Modi.

attrocities and killing of people cannot be justified by any means. the pain of lost family member is same for all.
chennai booming IT field has attracted people from all parts to settle in for better prospects. the city really represents the best example for religious harmony.
hope we could start with a bunch and later try our best to form india a country without extremism and religious hatred following the example of Malaysia

True, flowers in the other's garden have fragrance, but then very few educated Muslims have a moderate view point like yours. I have seen my own Muslim co workers, friends, acquaintances....almost all of them hardcore driven by religious frenzy. As a matter of fact being a software engineer, I too opted not to work for US, even at the cost of becoming a outcast within my own family. The genocide in Gujrat cannot be justified at all, but then Kashmir and Hurriyat Conference, Yasin Malik's statements, LeT,JEM,Hizbul Mujahideen, openly telling poeple in Pakistan to kill Hindus and maime India portray us a completely different picture of your community.

Mr. Akram, I have not used any kind of fowl language against you. You are continuosly using the same. Shows what u have in your head. Whatever examples u have shown are few and far in between except for LTTE, Paresh Barua, ULFA chief is actively in touch and gets complete support from ISI, HUJI and other militants in Bangladesh. Which community did the Serbians belong to? Please check up and then comment. And I am not at all a intellectual as you are, kindly enlighten me, where in the world and who calls LTTE freedom fighters?

Agreed, on the Bosnian part, what was done was well and truly INHUMAN. Still, it is not biased thinking, I would say. PWG, Naxalalites, Maoist war group and all such dreaded people operating on Indian soil are non Muslims, NO DOUBT, but they enjoy the support ACTIVELY from across the BORDER, from PAKISTAN and PAKISTAN only. If you have seen the film SARFAROSH, I would say, I truly would stand up and salute a Inspector like Mr. Salim(played by Mukesh Rishi). I wish all Muslims in India think like him, then we can truly progress to be a better nation.

after 9/11 people in US were start targetting muslims and look alike sikhs. Bush appealed to the country citizens inspite of the nasty incident 9/11 to be abide by the laws and not involve in attacks.

Bush could have easily justfied the attacks by claiming it is a retaliation for 9/11. he prooved to be great for that appeal even though i disagree and criticize his acts in IRAQ and Afghanistan.
