It is for the people of Karnataka to teach Mr Deve Gowda a lesson. He is a power hungry unprincipled politician in a country where all politians are power hungry and unprincipled but he has touched the nadir. First of all his party chose to ally with Congress and broke the alliance, The they tied p with a party which they had all along called communal. To ap it all when the agreemet provided for his relinquishing power in favour of BJP,he forgot all cannons of decency and ditched his ally.I wonder with what face he still continues to approach the Congress. And much worse with what face would he approach the electorate?

Let me quote an apocryphal story of A frog and a scorpion from Asian Age 20th Oct 2007

"A scorpion needed the assistance of a frog to cross a flooded waterway. The frog agreed to ferry the scorpion. Once the scorpion reached the safety of the other bank, it stung the frog to its death and said, "I am sorry frog, I have to do it because it is my karma." And the frog in its dying breath said, "Never do a favour to anyone you do not know. Scorpion being Deve Gowda"
This is perfect caricature of Mr Gowda
