"A scorpion needed the assistance of a frog to cross a flooded waterway. The frog agreed to ferry the scorpion. Once the scorpion reached the safety of the other bank, it stung the frog to its death and said, "I am sorry frog, I have to do it because it is my karma." And the frog in its dying breath said, "Never do a favour to anyone you do not know. Scorpion being Deve Gowda" This is perfect caricature of Mr Gowda
