They are not that big.. we produce mass numbers but i think the quality is tehre only in few (IITs and few others). I know for a fact that Russian and Serbs are higher league S?W expertise wise .. Lack of English is their problem.
We must remember, the failure of our intelligence to decode LTTE messages could not prevent Rajiv's murder .. meaning engineers in the Jungle encrypted a message through wireless which our best brains could not decrypt.

Top IQ levels in the world: 1. Jews 2. Chinese and Japanese 3. Caucasians(Russians, Serbs etc) 4. Americans 5. Srilanka, India, Pakistan 6. Arabs 7. Sub Saharan Africa Very little difference between the top three. The rest are way below. According to a famous survey, the name of which I do not recollect.

Don't Agree, In comparison IQ is like wealth.Take any place in the world ,there are Rich and poor people, same as more IQ and less IQ people in each places.It is not related to Grace,region,country etc... It is defined by God.

I disagree ..
In the UK chinese top, followed closely by Indians (academics).
IN the USA, Indians tops..
IN Singapore/Malaysia Ceylonese (Tamils) are as good if not above Chinese Academically ..
We cant generalise.. All I can say is we need to stay focus and not get complacent .. Running a couple of IT/BPO companies mean nothing .. We need to demonstrate technical competence ...
