IN Singapore/Malaysia Ceylonese (Tamils) are as good if not above Chinese Academically ..
We cant generalise.. All I can say is we need to stay focus and not get complacent .. Running a couple of IT/BPO companies mean nothing .. We need to demonstrate technical competence ...
