These guys kill in the name of religion but they really have no religion. They worship only their cause. No God is above that cause for them. They just equate the name of "Allah" with their cause to justify it.
It would be really foolish of Indian muslims if they fall for this propaganda. Many of them are actually falling for it. This is bad. Many Indian muslims actually believe that all kinds of Jihad are justified. No they are not. Violence is justified only when you are defending something - offensive violence can never be justified.
My suggestion to all muslims in the world is, don't get religious. Think rationally. Forget Meccan verses and read Medinan verses only from the holy book.

Well, i often hear that from most of the liberal muslims after any terrorist incidents. But surprises me is that instead of condemning it and boycotting such people, they try to justify these acts citing american policy, kashmir etc.

brother every American policy is not to be supported (such as atomic peace treaty on one hand and selling fighters to India and Pakistan. Sending arms to Israel during recent Lebanon war and supporting middle east cause. Why America is not interested in Africa as much as it is interesed in Asia and pacific(do not convince me Africa has more energy resources). Either what ever may be the vocabulary either liberal or fundamentalist let us not be too diplomatic for the cause of humankind.

First condmn islamic terrorism and then preach others. Indian Muslims are more concerned about muslims in Iraq and Palestine and not bothered about their own Indian Hindu brothers from Kashmir who have become refuges in their own land. Islamic terrorism needs to be condemned first by Muslims but that does not happen. They think muslims all over the world are their brothers and not Indian Hindus. During my recent Fulbright visit to US for 6 months I studied at a renowned university and incidentally my colleague was a veiled female from middle east ( a chaste muslim, according to her). Such a dumb girl, always talking about her religion and her religious book. And I ask her about islamic terrorism she blames the whole world.....except her terror manual....until I thought to myself this is too much and said to her point balnk whether people in Islamic nation do not have common sense that they have tp refer to a manual which has produced gaZILLion TERRORISTS.....and that was the last time I would see her...and she could get my cooperation.....
But she was smart like any other Muslim or Christian in INDIA...their parents/place of worship teach them how to hate Hindu's and their Gods....

I have read the Quran. It is a very good book. And I can also see why it is misinterpreted in so many places. It was right in its place 1500 years ago. If not for Quran, Arabia would have been in chaos and never be united. But do you think the military tactics followed by Prophet Mohammed 15 centuries ago are justified in today's world?
